Technical Information

Core concepts for material selection and formulation evaluation.

The starting point for technical decisions

Polymer structure, additive function and processing conditions must be assessed together. The articles below provide general technical information, not BIO-LIF test reports or application approvals.

The BIO-LIF page explains feedstock, target systems and the sample process for product evaluation. Primary sources in the technical articles support terminology and measurement approaches.

How to read a technical data sheet

A measured value should be accompanied by its test method, unit, specimen conditioning and formulation composition. Values obtained with different PP grades, additive levels or test conditions cannot be compared directly.

One strength value is not sufficient for a decision. Impact, elongation, flow, temperature-dependent behaviour, dimensional stability and service environment also matter. Request the data and document scope relevant to your BIO-LIF application during consultation.

Technical Consultation and Sample Request

Request a technical consultation to evaluate BIO-LIF's suitability for your production line, formulation and target product.
